A nominal amount of ₹50 will be charged as shipping fee on every order.

Delivery Time

Most orders will arrive in 4-6 weeks period. Do check your mail, we'll send you when your order is shipped.

International Shipping

We can deliver out of India, mail us at to know the shipping charges.

Unable to Deliver

If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier will try to call or message you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre.  

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  1. All the purchases will be non - refundable
  2. Order can be canceled within 3 Days.
  3. Exchanges and returns are accepted, if the customer wishes to exchange or return a particular product then the garment should be sent back to us (address given below) within 7 days of receiving the order. and only after receiving it, we will reship the required garment.
  4. Please maintain the original packaging and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
  5. Please mention your name, address, email ID and order number on a blank paper and put it inside the box. DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING ON THE ORIGINAL BOX.
  6. All purchases from sale are non exchangeable
  7. No exchange or return on accessories, bags, baby quits and swim suit.
  8. Exchanges can be processed only once per order (with given criteria)
  9. All products that need to exchanged and returned, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick ups.
  10. We will issue the store credits once we will receive the return, store credit is valid for 6 months.
  11. No return or exchange during Covid-19.

Order Delays or Cancellations

We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at with your tracking number, so we can look into it.

Split Shipments

Split Shipments We often ship orders in multiple parts, so we can get you each part faster, therefore one of the shipments may arrive in advance of another.

Orders Cancelled by BabyMonk

Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued
  • The item is damaged in transit

 We will refund the amount to your BabyMonk account in such cases.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order is tampered, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify our Customer Care team by emailing

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available as a payment option in most of the pin codes we deliver to, ₹50 will be charged for COD facility.
